This year grapes selected for our Brunello Vignavecchia show very small berries with a particularly thick skin. From a sanitary point of view, a more compact skin protects the fruit and, in terms of vinification, it brings important benefits: being more structured, it offers the possibility to macerate for a longer time, extracting the noble components in an optimal way. Excellent conditions for a new great vintage 2021!
