Upper-canopy bundling
We have begun the upper-canopy bundling, an agronomic practice which involves gently bending the shoots so that they continue to grow along the wire and produce new leaves. This work is invaluable for the future harvest and is important in facilitating the perfect ripening of the grapes. In the photo on the left you can see "before" with the unkempt foliage, and "after" with the tidy leaf wall.
