Spring air in San Polo! On these days we have had sunny days and very pleasant maximum temperatures around 20C°.

The San Polo vines are doing well, fertility is high and most of the shoots bear two bunches, this aspect is very important because when thinning we can choose which ones to remove.

The young vineyards are also doing well, the vegetative development is proceeding without problems, and we also see high fertility in these vineyards.

This will be the first production year for the young plants, and conditions are very good at the moment.

In these systems, production will be lower than in older vineyards, because the vines are young and can ripen limited quantities of grapes.
